Commercial Property Strategy Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Properties department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies to enhance our commercial properties, driving income growth and placemaking objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial leasing strategies, collaborating with solicitors, agents, and tenants to maximize income and deliver on placemaking objectives.
- Lead the analysis and provision of strategic recommendations on project appraisals, ensuring the successful delivery of commercial units in the pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal partners and central teams to develop and deliver commercial strategies for mixed-use schemes, prioritizing placemaking and customer-centric approaches.
- Secure new business opportunities in commercial property, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth and revenue.
- Provide strategic leadership and operational guidance to the commercial property team, ensuring the effective delivery of commercial development projects.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering commercial development projects in large mixed-use schemes, from initial appraisal to delivery.
- Strategic and operational leadership experience in a commercial property environment, preferably with a residential-led developer.
- Experience in securing new business opportunities in commercial property, with a track record of driving growth and revenue.
- Excellent understanding and ability to interpret a variety of legal documents related to commercial property.
