Job Description- Strategic Leadership
Develop and deliver strategies to enhance commercial properties, focusing on product improvement, placemaking objectives, and maximizing income.
Commercial Leasing ExpertiseLead commercial leasing negotiations, collaborating with solicitors, agents, and tenants to drive business growth.
Active Asset ManagementDesign and implement strategies to increase income and identify value-adding opportunities from the portfolio.
Project Appraisal and DeliveryAnalyze project appraisals and provide strategic recommendations for the delivery of commercial units in the pipeline.
Commercial Strategy DevelopmentContribute to the development of commercial strategies for mixed-use schemes, prioritizing placemaking and customer satisfaction.
Internal PartnershipsEstablish strong relationships with internal partners, including Development & New Business, Finance, and residential teams.
The Successful Applicant- Commercial Development Experience
Proven track record of leading and delivering commercial development projects in large mixed-use schemes from initial appraisal to delivery.
Strategic LeadershipExperience in strategic and operational leadership in a commercial property environment, preferably with a residential-led developer.
New Business OpportunitiesAbility to secure new business opportunities in commercial property, driving growth and revenue.
Innovative ConceptsExperience in delivering innovative concepts, including placemaking, to support commercial aims and customer satisfaction.
Commercial Property ExpertiseExcellent understanding and ability to interpret various legal documents related to commercial property.
