About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations at Harvester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive an exceptional dining experience, with a focus on quality, service, and value.
