About the Role:

The Universal Business Team is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from a field-based role to an office-based position. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the care home sector, engaging with key decision-makers, and promoting our company's innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the care home sector
  • Engage with C-Suite decision-makers through outbound calls and meetings
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Contribute to the company's growth targets through effective sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Experience in developing, growing, and retaining client relationships
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Resilient and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Innovative and proactive with a strategic mindset
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided
