About the Role:
The Universal Business Team is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from a field-based role to an office-based position. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the care home sector, engaging with key decision-makers, and promoting our company's innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the care home sector
- Engage with C-Suite decision-makers through outbound calls and meetings
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Contribute to the company's growth targets through effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Experience in developing, growing, and retaining client relationships
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Resilient and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Innovative and proactive with a strategic mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided
