About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of GBP40.00 per hour, with the flexibility of hybrid working - spending 2 days per week in our Rugby office. As a Housing Services Manager, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional housing services that positively impact the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality housing services, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Implement innovative strategies for housing management, maintenance, and customer service.
  • Champion diversity and inclusivity in housing provision, working collaboratively with stakeholders to address housing needs in our diverse community.
  • Develop and implement effective housing policies and procedures, with a focus on customer-centric service delivery.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in housing management, with a deep understanding of housing legislation and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective housing policies and procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to nurture a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence within the housing services team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant degree in Housing Management, Social Care, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Housing Management or related areas would be advantageous.
