Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and front of house stations
- Implement and enforce food safety standards and health regulations
- Assist in scheduling front of house staff to ensure adequate coverage

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in team management and supervision
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality
- Previous experience in the hospitality or culinary industry is essential
