Job Summary: HR Business Partner Manager

AWE Plc is seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner Manager to join our team. This role involves providing strategic HR advice to senior leaders and developing solutions to drive business success. The salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 depending on experience, and you will also receive standard AWE benefits.

About the Role:
This is a senior-level role that requires someone with extensive experience in HR management, particularly in a business partnering capacity. Key responsibilities include:
  • Building relationships with senior leaders to understand their HR needs
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on employment law and HR best practices

Location:
This role is based near Reading and Basingstoke, offering easy access to the M4 motorway and free onsite parking.
