About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Child Psychotherapy Specialist. Working in collaboration with our Joint Heads of Psychological Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the provision of high-quality psychoanalytic therapy across CWAMH.

  • You will contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, staff training, and development.
  • You will provide expert guidance on the implementation of therapy-specific pathways and clinical supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with local modality-specific training programs and ensure training roles and routes within the service are well-supported.
  2. Contribute to audits undertaken regarding the provision of psychological therapies.
