Main Accountabilities
  • Provide inspirational leadership and vision to the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Implement effective strategies to promote the physical, psychological, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external agencies to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits

A highly competitive salary of £40,751.18 per annum, with potential bonuses up to £3,600. A range of benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and training opportunities, designed to support your career growth and wellbeing.
