Job Summary:

As a Senior Care Professional, you will be an integral part of our team, providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. This role requires a compassionate and caring individual who can build strong relationships with clients and their families.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity working 37 hours per week, with competitive hourly rates starting from £10.50 (based on a 37-hour week) and up to £12.50 (depending on experience). You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in care provision

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to adults in their own homesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic IT skills and familiarity with digital care management systems
