Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment as a Global Shop Development Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the brand and personalisation program for our client, a global retailer working with well-known brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the brand and personalisation program for our client's in-store brand partners.
  • Ensure personalisation projects meet both brand partner and company standards.
  • Liaise with store and commercial teams to scope requirements and design guidelines.
  • Ensure that the brand installation meets the specific guidelines and business needs.
  • Liaise with local teams to ensure technical requirements are included where necessary.
  • Monitor brand implementation and provide a weekly report to brand partners.
  • Accountable for preparing and reviewing packs and proposals.
  • Define characteristics for brand spaces & fixtures personalisation.
Requirements:
  • Formal design or architecture education.
  • AUTOCAD user essential.
  • Retail design experience is highly desirable.
Work Arrangements:

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home. You will need to be in the office a little more for the first 4 weeks whilst you get used to the role.
