Collections Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Collection Specialist to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our Collections team, you will be responsible for dealing with telephone and email queries from customers in financial difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and compassionate manner
- Setting up payment plans and collecting card payments
- Liaising with other operational departments involved in the customer journey
- Ensuring all performance-related targets are achieved and maintained

Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections or claims handling is desirable
- Great customer service skills
- Resilient and compassionate
- Background in financial services/insurance/call centre is useful
- IT proficient
