Special Education Needs Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing academic and emotional support to students with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will work closely with students, parents, and carers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to their unique needs.
Requirements:
- A degree in Education or a related field
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- At least 2 years' experience working with students with SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach
Working Conditions: This is a part-time position, requiring flexibility to accommodate varying student schedules. You will work in a supportive environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
