Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective fire safety and security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of security professionals to provide 24/7 security services and respond to emergency situations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address fire safety and security risks, and develop plans to mitigate these risks.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety and security regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including emergency services and regulatory bodies.
- Qualification in fire safety management, such as NFPA or FPA certification.
- Proven experience in fire safety and security management, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
