Key Responsibilities:- Conduct fire risk assessments across various property types, including commercial, education, healthcare, and residential.
- Undertake fire integrity and compartmentation surveys to identify potential fire hazards.
- Provide quality and technical monitoring on construction projects to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Act as a fire safety advisor to assist clients with their property portfolios, providing expert guidance on fire safety management.
- Review contractors' proposals on construction projects to ensure they meet fire safety standards.
- Desirable: Fire Engineering/Safety qualification.
- Accredited fire risk assessment qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
- Associate Member of IFireE (AIFireE) or membership of a relevant professional body.
- Experience in carrying out fire risk assessments and sound knowledge of UK fire safety legislation.
- Preferably experience in project management from inception to completion, with client-facing experience and strong technical delivery experience.
- Evidence of working within teams, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines.
