Account Handler Job Description

Employment Specialists Ltd is seeking a skilled Account Handler to join their SME Commercial team. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business customers, handling their insurance requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of business customers, including handling renewals, changes in risk, and claims notifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular contact and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Utilize specialist insurance broking software and electronic trading facilities to efficiently manage customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Calmness under pressure and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and e-trade platforms.
  • Good insurance experience, with training provided on specific commercial products.

Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
