About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at E.ON, a leading international energy company. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the energy transition to net zero by working with project teams and stakeholders to elicit requirements, convert them into requirements specifications, and ensure traceability and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify all deliverables required to achieve I&C project goals or as part of the completion of assigned work packages.
  • Challenge requirements and solution design assumptions to ensure optimum delivery vs. achievement of benefits, protecting the investment within the I&C Pillar and delivering an out-of-the-box solution wherever possible.
  • Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating appropriately to minimize impact to I&C at all times.
  • Forecast time and effort to achieve project deliverables with accuracy and defined assumptions.
  • Use data or business process modeling practices to investigate findings, create suggestions for improvement, or for solution option identification.
Requirements
  • Experience of driving performance through leadership, empowerment, and personal development in a complex environment.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at discretionary levels across and throughout the organization, generating understanding of complex issues, providing clarity and certainty.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience of Business Analysis tools and techniques across multiple delivery methodologies, e.g., Agile, Waterfall.
  • Sound ability to handle large volumes of complex data.
