About the Role

Xoserve is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Solihull. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting change initiatives, projects, and programs within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, document, and communicate business requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support customers in identifying and evolving business requirements.
  • Manage and conduct analysis to translate business requirements into appropriate models.
  • Perform quality assurance of analysis artefacts produced against adopted standards and methods.
  • Create necessary governance and project documentation.
  • Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and strategies.
Requirements
  • Business Analysis related qualification and/or a minimum of five years' experience in a Business Analysis related role.
  • Demonstrable experience in analyzing requirements, process, and data, expressing interpretation through logical approaches.
  • Proven experience in requirement, process, and data modeling methodologies and toolsets.
  • Able to challenge and push for lateral and strategic thinking.
