About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team at Gymshark. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving commercial value by contributing to business performance analysis for our International organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain complex databases and data models to support business intelligence and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth.
  • Present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership, using data visualization tools to communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • Excellent SQL skills, combined with a comprehensive understanding of database structures and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and statistical software, such as R or Python.
  • Extensive experience working with e-commerce and apparel businesses, with a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability drivers.
  • Considerable experience with dashboarding tools and data management systems.
