**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our FP&A team at Stonegate Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing reporting solutions that drive business strategy and decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop unique performance indicators and metrics to compare business performance across multiple areas of the Group.
  • Create and compile analysis information into spreadsheets, documents, and Power BI reports for distribution to senior management.
  • Communicate and educate other departments and executive management on the company's financial status, performance versus strategy, and plans.
  • Provide a detailed commentary to management about the organization's performance in relation to objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with our Data & Analytics team to turn business requirements into reporting pipelines.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in Power BI; DAX, Data Modelling, and Power Query.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of SQL (experience with Snowflake is beneficial).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for formatting.
  • The ability to utilize a solution-based mindset that turns stakeholder requirements into concise, meaningful, and insightful reports.
  • A strong focus on adhering to data governance and best practices.
