Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join a software business based in Solihull, Birmingham. The company is a global supplier of software products, outsourced operations, and advisory services to wholesale energy, environmental, and carbon trading markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure, implement, and integrate process automation applications with the ERTM (Energy Trading Risk Management) tool.
- Liaise across global teams to understand and master application configuration and development.
- Support business with pre-sales demonstrations to showcase the flexibility of tools and integration back into the ETRM application.
- Support client implementations across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, configuration, and training.
- A proven track record in implementing and managing change and solving complex problems.
- Experience in a Business Analysis/Implementation Consultant type role or strongly relevant experience in a Software Development environment.
- Degree in Engineering or Science.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Strong technical skills in data extraction and manipulation and programming or scripting (using technologies like SQL, Python).
