Job Title: Marketing Campaign Specialist


This role involves overseeing multiple email campaigns for clients across various platforms. You will work closely with the Customer Service team to deliver campaigns, perform quality checks, and collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency and quality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Account team for each client to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Manage campaign and project testing throughout the campaign process.
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks with internal teams to implement changes.
  • Communicate with the design, data, development, and client teams to complete briefs and tasks.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met for each stage of a project and campaign.
  • Understand the creative and technical aspects of online marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM platform technology.
  • Gain knowledge of response-driven email marketing for client campaigns.

Requirements:
  • You must be customer-centric, providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Experience with CRM processing and systems is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively, deliver quality work, and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and resolve issues when they arise.
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency is ideal but not necessary.
  • Understanding of creative and technical components of online marketing.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a commitment to the role and personal development.
  • Email marketing and digital experience are preferred but not essential.
  • Analytical mindset, with an understanding of data and its applications.
