  • About the Role:

    As a Compliance Services Specialist, you will be part of the EMEA team, responsible for managing client deliverables within the Compliance Services team. You will be responsible for client inquiries and client support for the Compliance Services outsourcing platform. Additionally, you will work with other S&P Global business lines to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • The Impact:

    As a member of the EMEA Compliance Services team, you will oversee client portfolios to ensure daily deliverables are met. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client relationships and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Client Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables.
    • Compliance Services: Provide compliance services to clients, including generating and managing daily deliverables, reconciliation of key data points, and generating compliance test results.
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless resolution of client issues.
    • Special Projects: Complete special projects as assigned, including data analysis and process improvements.
  • Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent level experience (Accounting or Finance preferred).
    • Experience: Knowledge in the financial services industry, preferably including functional knowledge of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).
    • Skills: Analytical thinking, strong work ethic, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
