HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at H9 HR & Professional Services in Manchester. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the organization.

About the Role
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Lead and implement HR projects, such as process improvement initiatives, talent management programs, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Your Background
  • Proven experience in HR, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • CIPD qualified (desirable).
