Weekend Sales Enquiry Handler
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Enquiry Handler to join our team at JCT600 in Sheffield. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering and managing sales enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to convert these enquiries into appointments and sales, which will be further managed by our retail sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
- Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers.
- Receive customer enquiries by telephone and successfully convert these into firm bookings.
- Support the market area in ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to in line with franchise contract arrangements.
Requirements:
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
- The ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public, and other staff members, and to record all such interaction accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in all forms, including email, telephone, and live chat facilities.
- The ability to calm and manage customers in an effective manner.
- Ability to sell incremental products and assess further sales opportunities.
- Competency in numeracy and literacy.
- Impeccable standards of personal presentation.
