Job Description

Our client, a rapidly expanding business, is seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Administrator to join their small and busy office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including ordering stationery and supplies
  • Coordinating courier collections and sending out post
  • Processing sales orders and preparing paperwork for the warehouse
  • Booking in deliveries and sending orders to the warehouse
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving issues
  • Preparing quotations and sales presentations
  • Liaising with customers and stakeholders

You will need to be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and able to work on your own initiative. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
