Weekend Sales Enquiry Specialist

As a Weekend Sales Enquiry Specialist at JCT600, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, answering and managing all forms of sales enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat to convert these enquiries into appointments and sales. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care, creating outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by JCT600 Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving customer enquiries by telephone and successfully converting them into firm bookings.
- Supporting the market area in ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to in line with franchise contract arrangements.
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement and delivering service above customer expectations.
Requirements:
- A customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills in all forms, including email, telephone, and live chat facilities.
- The ability to calm and manage customers in an effective manner and to sell incremental products and assess further sales opportunities.
- Competency in numeracy and literacy and impeccable standards of personal presentation.
