About the Role:

The University of Oxford is seeking a skilled Reward Business Partner to join its expanding Reward Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the development and implementation of a total rewards strategy that supports the University's goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of reward strategies and experience advising stakeholders on reward-related matters. They will be responsible for designing and implementing reward initiatives that underpin divisional and departmental strategy, collaborating with colleagues to align strategic direction, and providing guidance on reward policies and best practices.

Job Description:

This role involves working closely with colleagues across the University to ensure alignment of strategic direction and provide expertise on reward policies and best practices. The ideal candidate will be able to engage with colleagues at all levels and build strong working relationships, as well as possess organisational capability to balance day-to-day tasks with longer-term projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of reward strategies and experience advising stakeholders on reward-related matters.
  • A professional approach to supporting line managers and providing persuasive advice.
  • The ability to engage with colleagues at all levels and build strong working relationships.
  • Organisational capability to balance day-to-day tasks with longer-term projects.

Benefits:

A competitive salary of £38,674 - £46,913 per annum, plus a hybrid working arrangement.
