About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our Estate Services team in West London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and clean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general cleaning duties in communal areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and litter picking.
  • Sweep, disinfect, and keep tidy refuse chutes, bins, and bin areas.
  • Operate machinery such as jet washers and steam cleaners for deep cleaning tasks, with provided training.
  • Report any repairs or defects in communal areas to the maintenance department or line manager, and follow up on actions as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for residents, assist with enquiries, and refer to colleagues as needed, maintaining a friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain a safe system of work, using provided safety clothing and equipment, and take responsibility for your own safety.
Requirements
  • Experience in undertaking cleaning duties.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety considerations.
  • Ability to use a smartphone to access company emails and log repair and health and safety issues.
