About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Gibbs Gillespie, part of the Leaders Romans Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, registering new applicants, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Register new applicants and manage the sales process from viewing to completion
  • Act as the key point of communication between buyers and vendors, ensuring seamless transactions
  • Advertise new properties and prepare accurate property details to showcase our listings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face, building strong relationships with our clients
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets, contributing to the company's overall success
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, upholding our values and standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Tenacity and a self-starter mentality, with a drive to succeed and exceed targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
  • A full UK driving license, with a clean driving record
