Job Title: Estate Agent Valuer

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Agent Valuer to join our team at Crux Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for valuing and selling properties, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in residential property sales and will be able to demonstrate leadership, tenacity, and competitiveness. You will be required to hit targets and ensure the continued growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Value and take instructions on properties for sale
  • Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
  • Maintaining good working atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Experience in Estate Agency Sales at Valuer level essential
  • Ability to work towards goals/targets, must be tenacious
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Articulate and numeric
  • Problem solver/quick thinker
  • Must be well presented
  • Diplomacy skills
  • Good timekeeping skills
  • IT literate
  • Photography and photo editing experience
  • Experience with lead generation software
  • Full UK driving licence and your own car is essential
