Lister/valuer

My client is looking for a couple of experienced Lister/Valuers to join their well established and very successful business in the North West and South West of London.

If you've worked in and around London, and have what it takes, there is a very decent package available for someone looking to make the move. Be a part of a growing team of real professionals, whom all have the same goal in mind, in delivering top customer service to maximise their income. You have the option of taking the role, either on an employed basis, or self-employed basis if you'd like that larger slice of the income.

Responsibilities in this role are:

- Carrying out market appraisals/valuations with the aim of bringing as many properties to the market as possible.
- Managing your clients (as well as your colleague’s clients), keeping them updated at all times and providing and exceptional level of service.
- Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange.
- Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial & Legal services leads and viewings.
- Constantly looking to improve market share and identifying all opportunities to grow the business.

You have:

- Residential Estate Agency experience required, but not essential
- Experience valuing and bringing on properties to market for an estate agent
- A full UK driving licence and your own car
- A strong work ethic, with a 'can do' attitude and the drive to be a big earner
- A successful track record in your academic, professional or personal life
- A desire to grow as an individual

Pay: £30,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
