About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Agent Valuer to join our team at Crux Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for valuing and selling properties, maintaining high standards of customer care, and working collaboratively with our existing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value and take instructions on properties for sale
  • Ensure all office systems and service standards are adhered to
  • Maintain a good working atmosphere
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Estate Agency Sales at Valuer level
  • Ability to work towards goals and targets, with a tenacious approach
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Articulate and numeric skills
  • Problem-solving and quick thinking
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Diplomacy skills
  • Good time-keeping skills
  • IT literacy
  • Photography and photo editing experience
  • Experience with lead generation software
  • A full UK driving licence and your own car
