About the Team

You will be part of the dedicated Hospice at Home team at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust, providing end-of-life care to patients and their families in their own homes.

The team is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to patients, and we are looking for an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join us in this role.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of end-of-life care and experience of working within a care environment/NHS setting.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (to understand and be understood)
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative
