About the Role

The Community Growth Specialist will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, developing tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and working closely with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Your ability to think creatively, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively will be essential to your success in this role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive base salary of $150,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as access to cutting-edge tools and resources to help you succeed in your role.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Community Growth Specialist who has a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and business development. You should have a bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in information technology or a related field.

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You should also be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
