Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Front of House Assistant to join our team, working closely with the management team to develop and implement plans for hospitality services. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate services with department heads to ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with the community administrator to ensure accurate billing and financial management
- Assist in planning, set-up, and delivery of community functions, promoting a positive and welcoming environment for residents
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote the retirement community and its hospitality services
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the community and its surroundings
- Manage all aspects of dining service, ensuring excellent presentation, preparation, and serving of food and beverages
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with health regulations
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a clean driving license with no accidents or charges within the last 5 years
- Demonstrate an ability to develop a network of providers and services
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
