We Care Bespoke Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our Outreach Support provision through the initial CQC registration process.

About the Role

As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, managing daily operations, and maintaining compliance with care regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including efficient resource allocation and performance monitoring.
  • Lead and support the staff team, ensuring they perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Recruit, induct, train, and supervise staff, ensuring their care and support plans are tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Handle health and safety, oversee infection control, manage complaints and incidents, and work closely with external professionals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary, community, or home care services.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with service users, families, and health professionals.
  • Expertise in care services, risk assessment, and delivering individualised care.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
