Job Title: Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing

Fresha is seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and digital content creation. As the Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Fresha's brand objectives and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Fresha's reach and credibility.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand digital content for various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external creative agencies to ensure a fluid content factory, delivering engaging and cohesive content across all social channels.
  • Measure the impact of social media activities, optimize performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and digital content creation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Strong background in identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Expertise in creating compelling digital content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to various social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with external creative agencies, including negotiating contracts, setting clear expectations, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
