Job Title: Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing

Fresha is seeking an experienced and innovative leader to head our social media and influencer marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that drives engagement, conversions, and brand awareness
  • Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and credibility
  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality digital content for various social media platforms
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external creative agencies to ensure a fluid content factory
  • Measure the impact of social media activities and optimize performance using data analytics
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and digital content creation
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role with a proven track record of building and engaging online communities
  • Strong background in developing and executing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Expertise in creating compelling digital content, including graphics, videos, and written posts
  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with external creative agencies
