Care New England Health System is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Document Management Associate to manage clinical documentation processes and ensure data integrity.

About the Job:

  • We are offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • This role is part of our medical records team, responsible for managing documentation processes and ensuring data integrity.
  • You will be working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including admissions, services provided, and discharges.
  • You will also be responsible for running Outstanding Report for both Medical Surgical and Hospice documents.
  • In addition, you will work collaboratively with our team to follow up with physician offices for orders not received within agency guidelines and document call-in episode notes.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; one year of related experience is preferred.
  • You should possess basic/intermediate skills using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
