Job Description:

This role is a key position within the Counter Terrorism Policing organization, focusing on the design, development, and delivery of national CBRN training programs and products.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to supervise a small team of subject matter experts in the creation and implementation of effective CBRN training initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of national training programs and products, ensuring they meet the highest standards and address the needs of multi-agency delegates.

Maintaining and developing a high level of subject knowledge of CBRN training, exercising, and operational deployments is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and mentor a team of experts in designing, developing, and delivering CBRN training programs and products.
  2. Evaluate training activities and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Prepare and deliver CBRN training sessions to diverse audiences.
Requirements
  • A minimum salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
