Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver comprehensive training on key topics, including safeguarding, emergency first aid, and internal processes and procedures.
  2. Design, organize, and evaluate training sessions to meet regulatory standards and staff needs.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to staff across our children's residential services.
  4. Stay current with legislation and best practices to ensure up-to-date training materials.

Requirements

  • Prior experience within the children's care sector.
  • Driving license and transport.
  • Strong knowledge of sector processes and procedures.

This is a great opportunity to grow with our company, working in a remote home-based setting with occasional travel to cover areas in the West Midlands and Shropshire.
