Job Overview

Rikama Education Ltd is working with a primary school in the Maidstone area to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant. This role involves providing 1-to-1 support to a pupil who requires additional assistance.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual with experience as a teaching assistant, preferably in EYFS, KS1 &/or KS2. The successful candidate will have knowledge of SEN and experience of working 1:1.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-to-1 support to a pupil requiring additional assistance
  • Support learning in EYFS, KS1 &/or KS2

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a committed and patient individual with excellent communication skills. They should be able to work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality when necessary.

A committed consultant, training opportunities, and a long-term contract with potential for permanence at this school. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
