Job Title: Primary Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Education Specialist to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of teaching at KS4 & KS5, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in a dynamic learning environment.

As a Primary Education Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students, regardless of their background or abilities. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement curriculum programs that promote academic excellence and personal growth.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You will be passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach a range of subjects at KS4 & KS5, including Physical Education
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that promote academic excellence
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE) and QTS
  • Experience teaching at KS4 & KS5
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and commitment to student success

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
