Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team at Fisher Investments Europe. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Work closely with Investment Counsellors to resolve client inquiries and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
  • Native/Fluent Swedish and English skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
