NCAA is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Analytics team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer support to our clients, answering their questions and helping them maximize the value of our services.

The Analytics business is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will provide 24/7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users worldwide. You will be part of a team that responds to over 12,000 queries in more than 15 languages daily, making your communication skills a vital asset.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of the financial markets, including industry principles, market players, and asset classes. You will also learn how to use Bloomberg's analytical tools and functionality to provide expert support to our clients.

We are seeking an ambitious individual with a desire to build a career in a client-facing role. If you have a Bachelor's degree (or above) or relevant work experience, strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated interest in the financial markets, we encourage you to apply.

Our estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
