Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will collaborate with participants to identify barriers and create action plans that address complex challenges.
  2. You will meet and exceed performance targets by continuously improving strategies and seeking input from colleagues.
  3. You will ensure that participants have access to well-crafted, professional CVs, tailored supporting statements, and cover letters to support job searches.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience working in fast-paced environments. Your ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants will drive positive change and growth.
