Optimize Our Supply Chain with Data-Driven Insights

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team in Luxembourg and London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data analytics and business intelligence solutions to optimize our Pan European inventory management strategy, maximize customer experience, and minimize costs and carbon footprint.

You will work closely with our worldwide scientific community to design the optimal inventory management strategy in Europe, collaborate with technical teams to support and audit inventory management and Fulfillment Center systems, and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders through technical and business papers.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop business intelligence and data analytics solutions to analyze our inventory management performance.
  • Develop, adapt, and execute mathematical models and tools to optimize our future inventory management.
  • Consult and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across multiple teams to define new opportunities to optimize our EU Supply Chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, OR, Engineering).
  • Proficiency with SQL and programming languages with a focus on data analytics (Python, R, Java etc.).
  • Proven expertise in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, QlikSense, PowerBI) and modern data warehousing techniques (dimensional data modeling, experience with ETL, etc.).
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative/technical field.
  • Familiarity with data science, mathematical modeling, and statistical modeling.
