Procurement Specialist for Global Supply Chain Optimization

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead, SR, to work closely with our SR team and the Global Procurement Organization to implement mechanisms to meet Amazon's human rights principles and supply chain standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SR program strategy to meet Amazon's human rights principles and supply chain standards
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to coordinate implementation of capacity building materials and tools
  • Analyze data to track trends and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement site-level grievance mechanisms to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies
  • Lead remediation efforts and maintain communication with leadership and impacted stakeholders
  • Develop communications and define self-service mechanisms to effectively implement programs
  • Work with category team members, SPO, and GSM within Procurement on risk management and remediation/action plan
  • Draft responses to high-priority and critical issues that arise, in partnership with SR
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain, Program Management, or Procurement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Experience managing teams
