Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Strategist to lead our organization's supply chain operations at SKG Properties.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex supply chains, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain optimization, aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Streamline logistics processes to minimize lead times and improve supplier relationships.
Vendor Management and Negotiation:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and vendors through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly to maintain quality standards.
Supply Chain Analytics and Risk Mitigation:
  • Leverage data to forecast demand, track performance, and identify trends in the supply chain.
  • Implement data-driven decisions for inventory management and demand planning to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Identify potential disruptions and develop robust contingency plans to maintain continuity.
Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work closely with procurement, production, quality, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules and demand forecasts.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
